Might as well start NIL as well. NIL does exist at the high school level technically. Yup…. If you go to QO you get a membership at lifetime

If QO doesn't find a better QB than what they currently have. They will have issues.... This season

They will find their QB through the MOCO transfer portal.

Blake rb Jeremiah Seaton announced he has transferred and reclassed to be a 2026 at Riverdale Baptist School. Has Tennessee and Maryland offers (albeit probably uncommittable). Huge blow for Blake.

Definitely a big loss for Blake, as Seaton is very talented. But I think the Bengals will be just fine without him - and that is not a reflection of Seaton. Seaton missed a number of games this past year due to various injuries and Blake still found success. The Bengals' schedule - both regular season and within the region - is such that Blake can withstand this loss to the program. Realistically, Blake will have 2-3 regular season games in which a player like Seaton is really needed (Sherwood, PB and possibly Blair). The region is even less challenging. The real need will be once Blake gets out of the region and has to play teams like Urbana and North Point again. Best of luck to Seaton though, hopefully this move works out for him.

Will they be just fine without him? Not saying it'll be a repeat of what happened to Kennedy, but seems like almost all Blake's core players are graduating or transferring. They retain their coach, who obviously has made a huge impact, but games against teams like Blair and Einstein, and maybe even teams like Whitman might give them some trouble. I'm pretty sure they still have that 2027 QB with a Louisville offer however.

I'm not an expert on the Blake roster, but it looked like most of the turnover will occur on the lines with most of the core skill position players returning. But to your point, a regression by Blake coupled with a significant improvement by Einstein, Whitman or Springbrook could spell a different outcome in the 4A/3A South region (which also includes Suitland). Blair is on Blake's schedule, but is 4A and won't be in the same region.

Sherwood brothers (Elliot’s I believe) transferred to NW from Sherwood. Not sure if they’re both juniors, one’s a RB, the other a Dlineman. Not sure how many touches Donovan (rb) will get seeing as NW is stacked at Wr and have 2 emerging Qbs.

Just curious.... Are transfers to any where one want to attend open in MoCo or must it be for cause (have to have an accepted reason, condition, approval)? And is there a sit out penality period to transfer?
