So if an incident like that happened in high school what do you all think the punishment would be to the player, program, and coach?

Player arrested and charged with assault.
Coach no penalty.

Player arrested and charged with assault. Coach no penalty. Program no penalty. In MOCO nothing would happen. Possible suspension from school. But then mommy and daddy would get involved claiming the kid has some form of ADHD and everything would be dropped.

It doesn't matter if the assault happens at a high school function or at a mall. The victim and the victim's family, if they are a minor, have a right to press charges against the helmut swinger. Plus civil suit possibly.
As for the school system, I don't even pretend to understand the way they would handle it considering they are so willing to move criminal students from school to school.
